Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it's sadly not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to us dispatching it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us, (unworn and unused and in its original packaging) and we will issue you with a refund.
What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
I f your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, don’t worry, simply email info@sss-camping.com or call us on 01623 554 238 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) and we’ll look into this for you.
If an item is showing as sold out, will you be getting any more into stock?
Frequently, we have to buy more stock on many of our best selling lines. If you wish to know about a specific colour and size in any style, it’s probably best to call our store on 01623 554 238
I am unable to order from your website.
