If you are unhappy with any products purchased from us you can return them to us in their original packaging and unused and unworn to receive a refund. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise that you originally purchased.
Returning Goods to SSS-Camping
The goods should be repacked in their original packaging. The address for all returns is:
SSS Camping, 9 Market Street, Huthwaite, Notts. NG17 2LB
When returning goods, please pay the correct postage and it’s best to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that go astray in the post
Faulty Goods
If you consider a product to be faulty due to manufacturing please return to us immediately. Please send to the above address, including a brief description of the fault.
How we refund
All refunds are made to the credit / debit card used to purchase the goods. We cannot make refunds in cash or in any other form of payment. We will arrange to credit your card at the very earliest opportunity after receipt and acceptance of the returned item(s) to SSS Camping.
